This Pathway directly supports Children in Care and Care Leavers, including Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children and Young People. The Pathway also provides specialist support and advice in relation to safeguarding.

Please note: From 9 August 2026, the Child in Care Mental Health Team / Therapeutic Wellbeing Service Devon will transfer from Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) to Devon County Council (DCC), who commission the service.

Children, young people, and families currently receiving support should continue to receive the same service following the transfer.

CFHD and Devon County Council are working closely together to make the transition as smooth as possible and to minimise any disruption for children, young people and families.
