CFHD Safeguarding Team walk to support Childline this December

On 21 December, the longest night of the year, the Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) Safeguarding Team will be walking 5km at Haldon Forest to help Childline be ready for every question this Christmas.

On average, a child contacts Childline every 45 seconds and last Christmas, 5,499 children contacted Childline to ask for help.

How your donation could help:

✔£4 could pay to answer a life-changing call to Childline
✔£29 could pay for a Childline supervisor for one hour, supporting our volunteer counsellors
✔£48 could help answer a call from one child every day over the 12 days of Christmas
✔£100 could pay for our trained volunteer counsellors to answer up to 25 calls for help to Childline
