CFHD takes on inflatable 5k

Next month we are taking on the inflatable 5k in Exeter with the aim of raising money for Open Up, to support the mental health services we provide to children and young people through Devon Partnership NHS Trust. Open Up is a Devon-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals broadly receiving care from Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) offers mental health services to children and young people through Devon Partnership Trust. Our mission is to be a successful, vibrant, partnership that benefits the communities we serve. We are working together to improve outcomes for children and young people in Devon.
