About the Annexe

The Annexe is a clinic space, consisting of clinical and meeting rooms. There is a reception area and toilet facilities for patients.

How to get into the building?

Follow signs for Children and Family Health Devon, past the South Devon College entrance. The main entrance requires a key code from the onsite admin team. Visitors can use the intercom.

Parking information

Car parking at the Annexe is behind barriers and requires a permit.

Travel Options

The nearest train station is Torre station, and is a 20-minute walk to the Annexe. The nearest bus stops are on Cadewell Lane next to the Lidl store, and serve the following routes: 12, 13, 53 ,149. Other bus routes to the Torbay Hospital include:

What to do about lunch

The Annexe is a ten minutes’ walk to Torbay Hospital where you will find the Bayview catering facilities, who provide food and beverage options. Alternatively, the Annexe is just a few minutes’ walk from a Lidl store and a Greene King restaurant – the Old Engine House.

The fire assembly point for the Annexe is outside the Winnacott building.
