About Oaklands Court

Oaklands Court is an office and clinic space. The Assertive Outreach, Learning, Disability, and Neurodiversity Teams are on the first floor of Unit 7. Reception and waiting area are also in Unit 7.

How to get into the building?

From the front car park, walk under the archway and turn right to reach Unit 7. Press the intercom buzzer to enter and sign in at reception. All external doors require a fob for entry.

Parking information

Parking is allowed only in designated CFHD spaces, no permits required. If full, park on Tiverton Way and avoid using other companies’ spaces.

Travel Options

Oaklands Court is easily accessible from the M5, Junction 27. Join the A361, leaving at the second Tiverton turnoff onto the A396. At the second roundabout take the left turning for Lowman Way, then turn right onto Tiverton Way, then right again and your destination is at the end of the road on the right.

The nearest bus stop is at Homebase, Lowman Way. The nearest train station is Tiverton Parkway which is about 5 miles away. There is an infrequent bus service into Tiverton however, this bus route does not come via the office, resulting in either a 20-minute walk from Blundell’s Avenue or a change of buses, taking approximately 45 minutes travel.

Cycle racks are provided onsite, please provide your own padlocks.

What to do about lunch

McDonald’s is nearby, and Tesco Express and the Town Centre are a 10-minute drive.

Fire Assembly Points

The fire assembly point for NHS staff at Oaklands Court is located at the entrance to the car park, on the pavement of Tiverton way.
