About Lescaze Offices

Lescaze consists of 4 meeting rooms and 6 therapy rooms, with access to kitchen and toilet facilities. The meeting rooms include a Boardroom, Resources Room and 2 Supervision rooms, which are booked by emailing reception at cfhd.lescazereception@nhs.net and titling the email ‘Room Booking’. A link to see room availability can be provided by reception. Please note, the entrance for CFHD is on the other side of the building near the car park.

How to get into the building?

Access to Lescaze Offices is via the main entrance. All internal doors are fitted with electronic locking devices and fob key readers. You can reach Lescaze reception on 01803 763500.

Parking information

Onsite parking is available at Lescaze. Parking permits are allocated by reception. There is also free on-street parking on roads outside of, and in the vicinity of Lescaze.

Travel Options

Lescaze can be accessed via the A385 road. The closest bus stops are in Dartington. Please visit the Bus Times website for the local Dartington bus. The main bus routes are:

The Totnes train station is a 5min car journey or 30min walk from the Lescaze Offices, Dartington

What to do about lunch

Drinking water is available onsite. Lescaze is situated in a small village with a couple of local shops just a few minutes’ walk, with Morrisons supermarket a 5-minute drive away. Other local facilities include:

Fire Assembly Points

The fire assembly point for Lescaze is located in the staff car park, with fire extinguishers and fire exits at strategic points around the building.
