About Evergreen House
The Evergreen site includes four buildings: Evergreen House, Matford Lodge, Larkby, and The Coach House, with offices and 12 clinic rooms (4 more planned). Facilities include staff and patient toilets, showers, and kitchens in Evergreen, Matford Lodge, and Larkby. The Coach House has ground-floor patient toilets.
How to get into the building?
Reception is located opposite the disabled car parking. Reception is available weekdays between the hours of 0900 – 1700 hrs. There are front door access and alarm codes for outside of office hours, with a signing in book located in the photocopier room. Codes are given out by reception or our Business Support colleagues. Reception can be reached on 01392 208 600.
Parking information
There are 19 staff parking spaces and 2 disabled parking spaces at Evergreen. Visitors are required to sign in and provide details of their registration number.
Travel Options
Access the Evergreen site via Topsham Road, which can be busy, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. Exeter St. David’s and Exeter Central train stations are a 35- and 25-minute walk, respectively. A sheltered bike rack is available on-site. Bike storage is also available at Exeter Park and Ride car parks.
What to do about lunch
Magdalen Road is an approximate 10-minute walk, where you will find grocery, convenience and cheese stores, tasty sandwich shops and bakeries. Waitrose is a short drive away.
Fire Assembly Points
The fire assembly point for Evergreen is located in the front car park, opposite The Coach House. There are 5 Fire Wardens on site.
