Parent and carer Lumi Nova discovery workshop

Join the Mental Health Support team in schools (MHST) on the 29 April for the next online workshop looking at Lumi Nova.

Lumi Nova is for 7-12 year olds experiencing mild to moderate anxiety. It is not recommended for use with children who have severe anxiety, are in crisis, have suicidal thoughts or are at risk of self harming without clinical supervision.

During the workshop, you can:

• Find out more about the free Lumi Nova app and the support it can offer for your young person.
• Learn about CBT, exposure therapy and the science behind Lumi Nova.
• Supportive space to download the app with MHST Lumi Nova Champions.
