Overview of mental health and how it affects individuals of all ages.
Practical Tips & Strategies
Discover practical, everyday strategies to support mental health at home, in the workplace, or in caregiving settings. We’ll provide tips that can help support well-being in both individuals and families. We can also sign post you to trusted platforms that can provide additional help and guidance.
Throughout the session, you will hear from the following Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) pathways:
- The Mental Health Support Team in Schools (MHST)
- Neurodiversity
- Mood, emotions and relationships (MERs)
