CFHD Christmas card competition

This year, Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) are searching for a Christmas card design and need your help!

Simply draw your design in the space provided on the application form and hand it into reception at one of our sites or send by post to:

There will be printed versions of the application forms at the reception of each of our sites so please ask for one if you are visiting or have an appointment.

The winner will have their design used as the CFHD electronic Christmas card for 2024.
